I actually forced myself to do something somewhat intricate and worthwhile!!! Unfortunately, I think I killed Fragonard in the process >______>;;; 'Tis based on The Swing [link] for those of you who don't know.
Characters are Collette (dark hair) and Calanthe (blonde). They're not from the AFoR project; they're just two random 1760-ish girls that I like to draw. I'm thinking of coming up with some sort of story concept for them. So far, I've decided that they're sisters (and that Calanthe is the younger, sickly sister). Whatever their story is, it will be dark. Very dark. Because I hate writing "happy" stories...
As for the dresses, I'm sorry for the dark colors (for those of you who want to see pastels), but I hate working with pastels. Also, I've gotten really into Lolita fashion lately (not that I wasn't always a fan of the fashion), especially gothic and classic Lolita, so I think that may have influenced the dresses a bit. But at least I managed to draw proper robe a la francaises... I think... 8'D

What is love but an idea used by the feeble minds of humanity to give beauty and reason to a world otherwise full of hate and hideous corruption?

Copypaste this into your signature if you laughed your ass off when you realized that 'yagami' backwards is 'i'm a gay'.
